ADD A BATCH PRINTING COMMAND IN EXCEL
- Install the new command
For that proceed as follows:
click on the name the macro to copy the "zipped" file (compressed) => "BATPRINT"
you obtain this dialog box :
and you validate as proposed
a new dialog box appears
you must place the file in the next directory
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\XLStart (or "XLOpen")
- Go to the Windows files explorer, double-click on zipped file
That launches WinZIP which unzip the file to make it usable...
After having selected the zipped file, click on it to launch the extraction of macro by installing it in this directory
:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\XLStart (or "XLOpen")
In the event of problem (if the new command "Batch printing..." did not appear in the "File" menu of the EXCEL menubar),
activate there with the command "Complementary macros..." (use a button to "explore directories...") located in the "Tools" menu.
And don't forget to check this macro [x].
2 . How to use the new command ?
At each starting of Excel new command will be automatically installed
- here is this new command which appears then in menu File
- if you actuate it (a sorter being opened, if there is several all appear partly left), you obtain this dialog box

- if you wish to print an open sheet with this tool, it is enough to select it on the left then to actuate the button
In the right part, the name of the document is preceded by "O" for OPEN
The document placed on the right could be printed by actuating the button.
- you can also make print Excel file nonopen with the button .
This implies that beforehand these files were at least visualized in outline of impression.
in the right part, the names of the Open fichers Non are preceded by "NO"
- by selecting a document in the right part, it is possible to withdraw it (remove button). You can empty the list of only one blow (empty button).
- if the order of impression imports you,
use the buttons
- options of impression are possible,
if you actuate the button corresponding without to have selected document, on the right, you obtain this message. To make YES to apply the options to all the documents if not choose NO.
In this last case, it is necessary for you to select the document to which will apply the optionss.

At this step you can launch the impression
